CCLU - After School Program 2024
Centro Cultural Latinos Unidos (CCLU) will be providing an after-school homework help program at CCLU (209 Chestnut Street, Pottstown, PA) beginning Monday, September 9, 2024 through Thursday, May 1, 2025.
Tutoring is offered 3:30 - 5:00 pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, unless there are Early Dismissals, Holidays, school closures or closures due to inclement weather, following the school calendar of the Pottstown School District.
Our typical schedule is:
3:30 -doors open & students begin working on homework or project with tutor
assistance as needed.
4:00 - BREAK - healthy snack provided by CCLU
4:15 - students resume working on homework as necessary - extension
activities included, but not limited to:
*Reading out loud in English
*Speaking Spanish practice
*Reading out loud in Spanish
*Math reinforcement as needed
*Culture activities
5:00 - Parent pick up
**WEATHER PERMITTING = OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
Please note: It is expected that if a student attends the after school program they have homework or extension activities to complete.

Centro Cultural Latinos Unidos (CCLU) ofrece un programa de ayuda escolar a CCLU (209 Chestnut Street, Pottstown, PA) empezando el lunes, el 9 de septiembre de 2024 hasta el jueves, el 1 de mayo de 2025 .
Ocurre entre las 3:30 - 5:00 pm, los LUNES, MARTES, MIÉRCOLES y JUEVES, a menos que haya un Early Dismissals, Día festivo, se cierren la escuela a causa del tiempo - seguimos el calendario del Pottstown School District.
HORARIO TÍPICO:
3:30 -se abren las puertas y los estudiantes empiezan con la tarea
4:00 - merienda - CCLU ofrece una merienda saludable

TENGA EN CUENTA: Se espera si un niño viene al programa, que tenga tarea para hacer o otras actividades para practicar.
